High Pressure Hydraulic Work Support Anticorrosive Cylinder Surface Threaded Cylinder for Simple Mounting
Features:
1.Type A: Underward Clamping Support. At the initial position, the support head is at the uppermost end under the action of the internal spring. When working, the workpiece is pressed down by gravity of workpiece to make support head synchronously downward. When the workpiece is placed securely, the support head stop going down. After the air pressure is applied, the support cylinder is locked to provide support for the workpiece and stop running.
2. Type B: Upward Clamping Support. At the initial position, the support head is at the lowermost end. After the workpiece is placed, the support cylinder is pressurized to extend the support head. When the workpiece is touched by the support head, the support head stops immediately and the support cylidner is pressurized to be locked. Then the support head provides support and stops at the current position.
Attention:
1.Supporting force should match the support of the swing clamp if work support works with swing clamp togeher .Supporting force is at least 150% of the clamping force of a single swing clamp.
2.Do not exceed the maximum flow rate to avoid premature locking.
3.Place the support cylinder in the middle position
4.Install as perpendicular to the work surface as possible, and do not tilt more than 10°.
