Low Pressure Hydraulic Support Clamp Double Piston Structure Compact Size Threaded Body For Simple Installation
1.Support cylinder with clamping sleeve and double piston structure can obtain high support force and maximum pressure withstanding of 7Mpa under low hydraulic operation pressure (20 ~70 KGF /cm2).
2.The piston rod has small contact force on the workpiece (within 0.3-0.87kgf) , so this work support is suitable for various types of workpiece.

6.Type A: Underward Clamping Support. At the initial position, the support head is at the uppermost end under the action of the internal spring. When working, the workpiece is pressed down by gravity of workpiece to make support head synchronously downward. When the workpiece is placed securely, the support head stop going down. After the air pressure is applied, the support cylinder is locked to provide support for the workpiece and stop running.
Type B: Upward Clamping Support. At the initial position, the support head is at the lowermost end. After the workpiece is placed, the support cylinder is pressurized to extend the support head. When the workpiece is touched by the support head, the support head stops immediately and the support cylidner is pressurized to be locked. Then the support head provides support and stops at the current position.
Don't place eccentric load and overload on support head.
Don't rotate the piston rod during the locking state.
The support cylinder/ work support is a kind of jig components, which is a high technical work actuator. It is generally used on a fixture product that meets the requirements of higher automation. It is mainly used to resist and avoid vibration and deformation of the workpiece against the cutting force during machining and to avoid machining accuracy change of the workpiece. Support cylinder has low-pressure self-locking function. Corrosive materials prevent corrosion of the cylinder by coolant and working environment. Because the support cylinder is mainly used to prevent the deformation of the workpiece during the process, it is called "support cylinder" in the industry.
